Business Analysts support the operations they are aligned with by providing reporting, interpretation and data-based recommendations to business leaders.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develops reports and analyzes for data accuracy.




Analyzes root quality issues and makes recommendations to more senior staff for resolution
- Designs reports analyzing data from one or multiple systems to key specifications of more senior staff and business stakeholders
- Provides analysis on business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers
- Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences
- May be responsible for data governance processes and quality in assigned area of responsibility
**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years experience
- Can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendations
- Beginner systems knowledge in assigned functional area
- Microsoft Excel - intermediate skills
- Microsoft PowerPoint - beginner to intermediate
- Presentation skills - basic skills required.
Some formal training in public speaking/presentation skills preferred
