multi-disciplinary cross-agency team Leverages data and insights to writes inspiring briefs and lead creative briefings with little supervision Demonstrates a proficiency in the usage and translation of all types of data into leverageable insights to drive creative thinking and client growth Is a knowledgeable leader for planners and associate planners and is able to help them grow in the discipline Pro-actively seeks out opportunities to make the work better in a collaborative way Builds strong relationships with middle level marketing clients and earns their trust and respect Demonstrates and fosters a collaborative work environment in which ideas flourish
