About This Role

As our Medical Provider Management Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our network of medical providers (hospitals, doctors, and ancillary services). You will drive direct commercial negotiations, evaluate market terms, and ensure seamless operational execution-delivering efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance across our major medical insurance contracts.

What You Will Work On

- Network Operations: Coordinate the onboarding, modification, and offboarding of medical providers, managing both legal and operational validations.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead direct negotiations with hospitals, clinics, and physicians to align with strategic goals and corporate policies.
- Financial & Market Analysis: Perform comparative price benchmarkings and market analyses to ensure cost sustainability and competitiveness.
- Contract & Compliance: Oversee adherence to payment terms and contractual obligations; support internal/external audits.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Claims, Treasury, and Product teams to optimize medical network operations and medical cost initiatives.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date provider databases and ensure clear traceability of all contract updates.

What You Will Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical provider management within the insurance industry.
- Experience with hospitals, clinics, physicians, or healthcare provider agreements.
- Knowledge of medical claims and direct payment processes.
- Experience in provider negotiations and rate benchmarking.
- Strong Excel, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of healthcare and insurance regulations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Willingness and ability to work 100% onsite at Torre Manacar,



Mexico City.
