The Opportunity

Lead the national MRO portfolio strategy and transformation across Mexico, managing a high impact operation while ensuring alignment between business priorities, operational efficiency, and sustainable value creation.

This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams and strengthening collaboration with key stakeholders, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, EHS, and Human Resources.

The position drives strategic initiatives focused on centralization, governance, and cost optimization, ensuring compliance, business continuity, and effective supplier management. It also leads the evolution of the operating model through process standardization, automation, and the adoption of digital and artificial intelligence solutions to enhance control, productivity, and decision-making.
