Job Overview

Los equipos de planificación de materiales de TE Connectivity son responsables de los planes, programas y seguimiento del movimiento de material a lo largo del ciclo de producción. Ellos determinan la cantidad y la fecha del pedido para que los materiales cumplan con los cronogramas de producción o ingeniería, inician las solicitudes de compra o producción que cumplen con los acuerdos de suministro y desarrollan el cronograma que se utilizará en la instalación de producción con base en pronósticos y análisis históricos. El equipo desarrolla especificaciones para nuevos pedidos de contrato, así como previsiones y planes para los requisitos laborales. Proporcionan información oportuna y precisa sobre el desempeño de los proveedores y se les puede solicitar que participen en revisiones de desempeño de proveedores de nivel superior con el equipo de abastecimiento estratégico. También controlan el costo, el cronograma y el alcance de los subcontratos asignados para asegurar la mejor calidad al mejor precio.

Cumplir con las políticas, reglas y procedimientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente aplicables en la empresa, así como también cumplir con las responsabilidades específicas de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente contenidas en el Plan de Entrenamiento.

Responsibilities

- Estrecha comunicación diaria con el equipo de Cust Care para abordar los requisitos del cliente.
- Revise MRP controller (Revisar los planes de produccion) y liberar órdenes de producción según la capacidad y la disponibilidad de material para respaldar la demanda del cliente, manteniendo los niveles de inventario dentro del objetivo.
- Revisar y ejecutar Exception Code (mensajes) en el sistema (ejemplo: 10, 15, 20 y 96):

- Bring Process Forward (Expeditar)
- Postpone Process (Posponer el Recibo Planeado)
- Cancel Process (Cancelar el Recibo Planeado)
- Stock Fallen Below Safety Stock Level (Nivel de Safety Stock no Cubierto)
- Revise y ejecute bloques de entrega diarios para comunicarse con el equipo de Cust Care de manera proactiva (10, 61, WR, ER, etc.)
- Siga el proceso de escalamiento apropiado para comunicar a tiempo cualquier situación que pueda poner en riesgo el desempeño normal del negocio.
- Trabaje en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de control de producción para publicar el programa de producción semanal y supervisar el cumplimiento del programa.
- Revisión mensual de la demanda del cliente para nivelar adecuadamente la carga.
- Análisis y seguimiento semanal de los KPI de planificación, entrega a tiempo, vencimiento y tiempo de ejecución.
- Servir de soporte multifuncional para lograr altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente.



Realice tareas siguiendo el Trabajo estándar para garantizar que los requisitos del puesto se ejecuten de acuerdo con el plan. Apoyar las iniciativas de la TEOA relacionadas con la producción ajustada.
- Revisión diaria del informe de Backlog para asegurar que los pedidos se entreguen de acuerdo con los requisitos del cliente.

- Ing. Industrial, comercio, administración o carrera a fin.
- Fuertes habilidades informáticas (SAP o algún MRP, MS Excel, Power Point)
- Dominio del inglés avanzado, tanto escrito como hablado.

- Experiencia de 2 - 5 años
