Customer Service Representative - Inbound Support (On-Site)
**Job Overview**: We're looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team!
In this **on-site role**, you'll provide exceptional support to our clients.
This position offers a **high base salary** with a **fixed schedule** and **one fixed day off on weekends**.
**What You'll Do**:
- **Inbound Calls**: Handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for each client.
- **Customer Support**: Assist with account details, order information, and subscription services, identifying opportunities to meet customer needs.
- **Resolution & Retention**: Address customer concerns thoroughly, providing clear, accurate information and offering solutions that build loyalty.
- **Process Management**: Ensure all actions are documented accurately in the system, maintaining quality and efficiency throughout each call.
**Key Qualities**:




- Strong communication skills with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to control and guide conversations effectively.
- Familiarity with customer service systems and processes, or a willingness to learn.
**Schedules Available**:
- 6 am to 12 pm, Sunday Off
- 6 am to 12 pm, Saturday Off
- 1 pm to 7 pm, Sunday Off
- 2 pm to 8 pm, Saturday Off
