What You'll Be Doing

- Manage training materials and resources.
- Logistics Management: Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, printing of training materials and participant rosters.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate New Hire Orientation/ Annual Training sessions.
- Evaluation and Reporting:



Maintain records in ETQ.

What We Are Looking For

- 2 years of experience supporting the training team, onboarding new employees.
- Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in English.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively convey information and engage participants in all areas of training.
- Time Management Skills: Plans onboarding based on hiring forecasts and preparing materials well in advance.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple training programs and logistics efficiently.

Work Arrangement

- Fully In Office: Monday-Friday

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$19,991.67 - $26,000.00 MXN Monthly

Presente compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
