About the Job
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Project Coordinator with a strong focus on Project Management Office (PMO) responsibilities to join our team.
The Client Project Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing presentation decks, tracking and following up on client requests, managing tasks with internal tools, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective project management.
As Client Project Coordinator You Will
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and time constraints
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule and within budget
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact on project timelines and deliverables
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and client satisfaction
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish goals and objectives for each project, ensuring that KPIs are aligned with business objectives




- Prepare and deliver engaging and informative presentation decks to communicate project status, KPIs, and insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Tailor presentations to the audience, ensuring information is clear, concise, and relevant
- Ensure decks adhere to company branding and style guidelines
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve client satisfaction and enhance the overall client experience
- Use internal tools to track, manage, and follow up on client requests to ensure timely and accurate responses
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client requests and ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Maintain a thorough understanding of client needs and expectations, proactively identifying potential issues and resolving them before they escalate
As Client Project Coordinator, You Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a project management or PMO capacity
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Change Management experience, ADKAR certification is desired
