- Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
- Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions,
- Organizing the budget of the company in collaboration with other Managers, the Director of Operations and Finance.
- Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
- Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations
- Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues
- Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees
- Run a safe, injury/accident-free workplace
- Serve as primary point of contact when there is customer issues related to product quality and customer delivery.
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Work closely with the Director of Operations and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
- Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
- Work closely with the Materials team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right components, maintaining solid inventory data, and reduce sub-rental expenses




- Communicate with legal counsel and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with health and safety regulations and other governmental regulations.
Experiência y requisitos
**EXPERIENCE**:
**Essential**: 10 years of experience in operations management role.
- **
**Impeccable Ethics and Compliance reputation.
- Ample experience running complex large scale high volume / high mix electronic manufacturing operations in Multinational company setting.
- Technical engineering experience on product/process for complex manufacturing of electronic products (including extensive SMT and wave soldering exposure).
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage the balance across all KPI's (safety, quality, delivery, cost, people morale, etc.).
- Data driven and accustomed to the use of business intelligence solutions for efficient day to day operations management.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
**EDUCATION**:
**Essential**: Industrial, Electronic or Electromechanical Engineer
Master's degree as Plus
