At Kabat One, we leverage modern technology and smart data to streamline logistics, security, and field operations. We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Computer-Aided Dispatcher to join our team and serve as the central hub of our operational communications.

Role Overview

As a CAD Specialist, you will monitor, coordinate, and dispatch field units using advanced Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) software. You will serve as the primary line of communication between field personnel, operations management, and clients, ensuring rapid response times, optimal route planning, and accurate incident tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- System Dispatching: Monitor live dashboards and operate CAD software to assign, dispatch, and track field units efficiently.
- Incident Management: Receive, log, and prioritize incoming requests, emergencies, and operational alerts in real time.
- Communications Hub: Maintain clear, concise radio and digital communication with field technicians, security personnel, or drivers.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Log precise data regarding response times, incident resolution, unit availability, and shift logs.
- Problem Solving:



Reroute resources dynamically to handle traffic delays, equipment issues, or high-priority emergencies.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, emergency services, or real-time operations monitoring.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CAD systems, GPS tracking software, or fleet management platforms.
- Languages: Advanced English level (B2+/C1 written and spoken) is required to communicate with international stakeholders and use software interfaces.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy, fast typing skills (40+ WPM), and comfortable using dual-monitor setups.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional calm under pressure, quick decision-making, and sharp attention to detail.
- Availability: Willingness to work adaptable shifts, including weekends or night rotations, if needed.
