This is a extraordinary opportunity for a young professional to participate in a private equity fund-like structure, and at the same time, act as management team and execute all value creation initiatives along with an experienced investment and management team.

• 1-2 years of operating or finance experience (preferred)

• Academic background in quantitative fields such as finance, economics, or engineering (preferred)

• Strong English and Spanish fluency (verbal and written)

• Strong analytical aptitude and ability to interpret complex financial data, proactive attitude, and team oriented working style

• Ability to make decisions assertively and efficiently

• Ability to lead projects and seek innovative solutions

• Superior proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Job Description





• Conduct profitability analysis and operational efficiencies of current and potential projects

• Conduct market analysis to identify potential investment opportunities

• Preparation of monthly board of directors’ presentations

• Preparation of financial models

• Support in the coordination of the Due Diligence process for investments or acquisitions

• Support in the development of the 100-day post-closure plan and implementation

• Support in the review of legal contracts

• Support in the integration of current or future acquisitions

• Lead initiatives and projects with the different internal areas - system implementations, process mapping, activities coordination, etc.
