We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** with strong experience in recruiting, creation and implementation of processes, **advanced English proficiency** is a requirement for this position, as there will be interaction with international managers.

**Responsibilities**:
- Headhunting.
- Administration of recruitment platforms.
- Fulfillment of vacancies.
- Communication with Team leaders and Managers regarding job profiles.
- Participation in other HR projects.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of strong experience as a recruiter.
- Advanced English (Mandatory, we will have English interviews).
- Knowledge of the full recruiting cycle and Headhunting.
- Good communication skills, proactive.
- High urgency sense.
