I'm looking for a very particular kind of person... a person who is bothered by unfinished business.

- If you send a calendar invitation and 24 hours passes without acceptance, your first thought is "This is unfinished business" and not, "Well, I sent it."
- If someone says, “I’ll try to get that done later this week,” a tiny part of your brain immediately wonders, "Cool... until the is day locked, it's unfinished business."
- If you're waiting for an answer, completing your part does not make the loop disappear... until every loop is closed, this is unfinished business.

I’m Eryn Anitavi, and I’ve spent a long time working in executive support, building executive support systems, and helping extraordinary assistants find their perfect executive.

This isn't a search for someone who can do the tasks and projects because lots of people can do this.

I am looking for the person who is going to wake up excited to finish business, chase down the threads, and defend a leader who strives to leave every situation better than it was when he arrived.

This leader's specialty is company culture and peer relations. He teaches professionals how to communicate, collaborate, lead, build trust, and generally work together like humans rather than just numbers in a system. He is smart, warm, funny, fast-moving, deeply relational, often distracted, and very open about his struggles with ADHD. It's his superpower but we don't get the superpower without the Kryptonite and you... YOU are his antidote. (I'm nerdy so if this reference doesn't land, it's from Superman.)

He wants reminders, he wants you to tell him when he has wandered away from the point, he wants you to ask the obvious questions, he wants you to disagree with him respectfully, and if he says, “I’ll try to do that this week,” he would genuinely love for you to ask him what day because until it's done... it's unfinished business... and that bugs you.

If something is falling apart, he wants you to tell him as soon as you see trouble and if you say, “There is no possible way all of this is getting done today,” this is considered excellent communication. If it's been an amazing day, feel free to send him a virtual high five, celebration emoji, ridiculous GIF, or some variation of WE DID IT - wins are shared and celebrated.

This is a relationship-heavy role and you will meet over zoom every single day to learn from each other, build better systems, and laugh about the absurdity of human condition while simultaneously being bulletproof and bothered by unfinished business.

The tasks matter enormously, but the tasks are also how the relationship expresses itself. You remember every detail because the people matter, you follow through because the commitment matters, and you protect the calendar because time and attention is valuable. Trust and mutual respect is not accidental nor expected as default- it's a byproduct that is earned by both parties.

In the world of neurodivergence, ADHD really likes adrenaline, so things might be pushed unintentionally because urgency is the only way to overcome neurological paralysis - if you can master the urgency so that it's real for them but not for you... there's a delicate mastery in being able to craft days and weeks and projects that embrace movement without chaos.

That said, quietly dropping something and letting everyone discover it afterward is not a winning strategy.

The mutual respect that will grow from this role encourages you to own the outcomes and be bothered by unfinished business in a way that also allows you to say, “This is more than I can responsibly complete - here is what I can finish, what is at risk, and what I need from you.”

Important Position Details

As stated above, first and foremost, you are bothered by unfinished business. At the beginning of each day, your first question will be "What outcome are we trying to create?" There is a profound difference between this and "What are my tasks today?".

You just might be our person if you:

- Manage the calendar and commitments from beginning to end - confirm meetings, notice missing information, chase unanswered invitations, check links and logistics, and make sure that 'scheduled' actually means happening.
- Run a daily 1:1 - keep it moving, capture commitments, and turn wandering conversation into next steps.
- Maintain and improve the systems that hold active clients, prospects, tasks, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Notice when someone is waiting too long for a response and do something about it.
- Manage reminders, commitments, and projects... giving special attention to the things that this leader's ADHD brain has dumped into the bucket of "Decision Paralysis" and "Executive Dysfunction" by scheduling a Body Double work session to ensure that there is no unfinished business. If you're not familiar with Neurodivergent Body Doubling, look it up and tell me, in your own words, what you think about this and how you might approach it. Yes... this is a test to see if you're paying attention.
- Coordinate travel, events, speaking engagements, clients, documents, purchases, receipts, and the assorted details that make a business look effortless from the outside.
- Support client communication in a voice that is warm, direct, clear, human, and very much not corporate blathering.
- Use tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Calendly, Zoom, Fathom, and AI tools including Claude - prior experience is nice but not mandatory as long as you are comfortable learning technology and curious enough to reach for a better tool when you find one.
- Document the systems you learn and build, because efficiency is important, especially in the age of AI when things must happen quickly. Work smarter, not harder.

It's super important that the things below accurately describe you:

- You have a real system for tracking things... not just “I’m very organized"... there is a difference.
- You notice that something that was perfect yesterday might need to be lovingly adjusted today because humans are complicated.
- You follow up...and then you follow up again - warmly of course because there's a difference between caring and being controlling or irritated.
- You notice open loops and you naturally ask questions when something does not make sense because it makes more sense to surface a problem early than quietly hope it resolves itself.
- You are comfortable saying, “I need an answer on this" and you can run a meeting without needing to be the expert in the room.

- You can hear ten minutes of conversation and figure out what the other person actually needs to know and what actually needs to be done and you know how to lead with the bottom line in an email instead of making someone excavate it from paragraph seven.
- You really like working with people because there is a difference between professional communication and effective communication.
- You notice moods, wins, insecurity, and excitement... you notice when somebody needs a nudge versus when they need five minutes to think about the variables that they're having trouble finding the words for.
- You can laugh - this matters a lot because this leader genuinely loves his work. There is play in this company and there will be fast days, strange days, deeply satisfying days, and occasional days where everyone looks at what just happened and laughs before getting back to tidying up the unfinished business.

The Essentials

This is a full-time, remote, salaried position that pays between $1200-1500 USD/month, and we want to be clear about what that does and does not mean.

Salary does not mean you become responsible for the business 24 hours a day or that invisible overtime is an expectation, and sacrificing your health to prove dedication is not a winning strategy.

For a leader and a business that is focused on culture and team excellence, applying the tenants of the work itself is part of the work.

You will have agreed working hours, and having a life outside of that is a must. That said, this leader is located in the United States on Pacific Time, and this role does require working PST business hours. For some of you, Pacific hours may mean an earlier or later day than you're used to... while for others, this may mean overnight hours.

We are not going to pretend that sleeping during the day is effortless or that everyone can simply adjust. Some genuinely prefer overnight work - their family rhythm accommodates it, their body tolerates it well, and they have built a life that makes those hours sustainable.

Please do not convince yourself that you can tolerate a schedule that you already know will make you miserable. We are looking for someone who will see this through to retirement... for both of you, so this schedule needs to work for your presente life, your health, your relationships, your home environment, and your sleep.

You’ll need excellent written and spoken English because communication is essential since you'll be the main contact for executives, clients, prospects, and partners.

You’ll need reliable internet and a realistic backup plan if connectivity or power fails and you’ll need a good computer, camera, microphone or headset, and a quiet enough environment to work and join calls professionally. Handling confidential business, client, calendar, financial, and account information is part of this, so discretion and good security habits are essential.

I do not care if you have a background in executive assistance or office administration - some of my best hires have come from people who have super unique backgrounds combined with a drive to learn and grow.

My role in this hire is not a meet/greet/disappear role - I stick around for 30 days to talk, plan, build, and support you. I'm here to make sure that this relationship is successful and epic.

If everything here is your vibe, email me with your resume and a short paragraph about why you want this and why everything in your life has brought you to this moment.

Lead Vibrantly,
