Customer Support Specialist – Spanish & English

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with Spanish and English proficiency (B2–C1) to join the team of one of our international clients in the online gaming and casino industry.

Our client is a leading international outsourcing company specializing in Customer Care & Support services for the iGaming industry. With several years of experience in the market, they work with major international partners and provide high-quality customer support solutions.

? What will you do?

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient assistance to online gaming platform users.

Main responsibilities:

- Provide customer support through available communication channels.
- Assist users with different inquiries and issues related to the platform.
- Identify and resolve customer problems efficiently.
- Create and escalate tickets to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Handle customer objections and difficult situations professionally.
- Follow established internal procedures, policies, and guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet established quality and performance KPIs.

? What are we looking for?

- Spanish: Fluent / Native level.
- English:



B2–C1.
- Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Technical Support, Help Desk, Call Center, or similar roles.
- Understanding of customer support processes and ticket management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle customer objections and challenging situations.
- High stress tolerance and ability to remain professional under pressure.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Availability to work night shifts.

? Schedule & Compensation

- Fully remote
- 2 days working / 2 days off (2/2)
- 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM MSK
- Salary: $650 USD/month
- KPI bonus available after completing the 1-month probation period
- Independent Contractor agreement
