**What we're looking for**:
- Sermo is looking for a Financial Accountant who will work with our pharmaceutical companies and agency partners to customer service and satisfaction by mail and invoice administration, guarantee the billing process for correct collection, and support payroll, payment, and other functions.
**Role Description**:
Support HR with the administrative task and assist employees when needed.
**Key Deliverables of the Role**:




- Post the vacancies on websites- Contracts (3 months and permanent)- Attendance (internal track)- Pay slips, documents of health insurance, employees file- Bank Letters- On-Boarding System**Essential Qualifications and Experience Required**:
- Last semesters of University with Psychology / Administration degree.
- English**Beneficial IT Skills**:
- Strong computer working capabilities in MS Office (excel, word, power point, Outlook)**'Soft' or general skills required**:
