**Position Overview**
Reporting to the Plant Director, the Senior Operations Manager ensures efficient plant operations by managing staff, optimizing processes, and implementing quality controls.
Your data-driven decisions and cross-department collaboration will align with our management by objectives and help to drive organizational success.
This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to make a significant impact.

**What you'll do**
- Oversee daily operations of the organization to ensure smooth functioning
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment of goals and objectives
- Manage resources effectively to meet operational targets and budgets
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve performance goals and foster a positive work environment




- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and initiatives
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard operational continuity
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness
**Who you are**
- At minimum 5 years experience managing a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management and budgeting
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards
- Familiarity with operational software and systems
