RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysis of compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan
- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with internal range established and regional market
- Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
- Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
- Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
- Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
- Update human resources information systems, including system modules - Compensation, Benefits, Open Enrollment, Life Events, recruiting, onboarding, talent management, etc.
- Develop and monitor dashboards, metrics, automated data feeds and reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related, Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years in HRIS management
- 2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Automotive industry or related industry a plus
- Working understanding of talent management systems
