**Location**: _Remote work in CDMX with availability for travel once a month._
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the first point of contact for Operational, Technical, and Maintenance-related activities as delegated by the Agreement Manager.
- Coordinate with the Agreements team, Field Service, or external subcontractors for scheduled maintenance, visits,



or other unplanned activities.
- Prepare and consolidate operational and data records for invoice reports purposes.
- Maintain proper record-keeping of activities and contractual requirements, such as the status of maintenance reports, daily reports, monthly reports, etc., ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
- Perform other Agreement management-related activities as required by Wärtsilä's obligations in alignment with the Agreement Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Graduated in engineering, mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical field with technical knowledge.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Experience in analyzing and creating reports.
- Desirable knowledge of Microsoft Project.
- Presentation tools skills are a plus
