- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Master Scheduler_ located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._
- Reporting to the Material Planning Analyst, _Master Scheduler_ role involves_ _Responsible for working with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Receive customer demand._
- _ Schedule the production floor._
- _ Carry out planning of 2 processes: injection molding and assembly._
- _ Responsible for reporting shorts._
- _ Make goals and inventory returns._
- _ Create daily production schedules_
- _ Supervise that deadlines are met._
- _ Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization_
- _ Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management_




- _ Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues_
- _ Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime_
- _ Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials_
- _ Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization_
- _ Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage._
- _ Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues_
- _ Provide training to staff members as required_
- _ Report key metrics as required_
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_
- _ Advance English (nice to have)_
- _ Previous experience such as planning in manufacturing lines_
- _ Numerical, communication & prioritization skills_
