Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Product Engineer located in Site Guadalajara North.
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Product Engineer's role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Handle product transfer and new product set up.
- Support production by assessing product engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on production line.
- Suggest improvements to process to obtain improved quality and production yield.
- Examine methodologies to maximize debug, integration, and verification efficiency.
- Solve product related problems and perform failure analysis related to product issues.
- Interact with customer and various departments on product related issues - engineering changes, new model development.




- Provide training to the debug technicians and develop better understanding of the product.
- Work with design team to resolve design related issues.
- Participate to cost reduction activities in areas like material, inventory, and scrap reduction.
- Suggest modification to work instructions, material, or product changes to ensure superior quality of products.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Advances English
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience A Master's or MBA degree is preferred
- Team managing teams
- Knowledge of Agile, Management of BAAN, Flex Flow
- Knowledge of Analysis and implementations
- Experience in level advanced of Excel
- Work under objectives and results, generation of strategies for the product team (task assignment and training).
- Focus with the customer and implementation of deviations on the production floor.
- Experience in SMT / Back End at assembly level with chassis.
