Propel seeks a Data Lead to cultivate a data and AI-driven culture within our organization.

Key Responsibilities**:Lead Data Team**:
- Set strategic goals and ensure they are met through effective monitoring and follow-up.
- Provide mentorship, fostering collaboration and growth within the data team.
- Inspire and motivate team members to achieve high performance and drive innovation.
**CRM Management**:
- Establish the CRM as the single source of truth for all data, ensuring consistency and reliability in decision-making.
- Ensure 100% team adoption of the CRM system.




- Act as the CRM administrator, overseeing its implementation and continuous management.
**Data Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough analysis of multiple data sources to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
- Create and deliver compelling data presentations to stakeholders, translating complex data findings into clear recommendations.

**Requisitos**:
Degree in Computer Science, Economics, or related discipline, with 2+ years in data roles.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
Big plus if you are a certified Salesforce administrator.
