**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with senior developers to implement new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in AEM environments.
- Stay up-to-date on AEM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related technologies (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with Java development and OSGi framework is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
