OEC Group is currently searching for a motivated and personable individual to join our
Client Solutions Department.
The Client Solutions Representative is primarily responsible for
creating and maintaining customer profiles up to date in our system, having direct
communication with them, as well as being involved in their processes to ensure the best
possible experience in their logistics processes.

**What you'll be doing**:
- Creating internal customer profiles in CargoWise to provide all departments with detailed customer information when needed.
- Use your best judgment and knowledge to assist customers in making the most suitable choice for their needs.
- Provide quotations to customers when required.




- Coordinate with customers and other departments to ensure the smooth movement of freight by providing tracking information and shipment updates to customers.
- Handle any special requests from our customers.
- Send new shipment bookings to customers.
- Validate and confirm all ocean/air shipment bookings from origin to destination, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Direct customer questions/concerns to the correct department as needed.
**Computer Skills**
**Who you are/What you can offer**:
- You have excellent _communication skills (Both in English and Spanish)_
- You're _service-oriented_ and enjoy working in a _dynamic, fast-paced environment_
- College Background: Logistics, International business, or any related field
- 1 year of logistics experience
- Experience with CargoWise is a plus.
