Experiência y requisitos
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field of study - Experience with CM or OEM manufacturing including 2 years working regularly with one or more factories on process development, DFM, tooling readiness, and NPI product launches.
- 5+ years of experience as an NPI or Project manager - Experience in Medical devices, Aerospace, or Automotive manufacturing.
- Experience in Project Management and Risk Management - Experience in Manufacturing / Validation Processes - Experience managing APQPs or Toll gates - Experience in PPAPs (validation), PQPs, and Manufacturing readiness - Lean Manufacturing trained - Six Sigma Green / Black belt (Desirable) - 3+ years of experience working in automation - Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) - Bilingual
