International financial company is looking for a Head of Accounting
**Responsabilities**:
- Provide strategic financial direction and oversight
- Lead, manage, and mentor the general accounting team, located in Uganda and Mexico
- Oversee all financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and capital expenditures
- Prepare, present, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure up-to-date compliance with financial regulations and standards, including timely reporting and audits
- Act as a financial advisor to the leadership team, offering insights, analysis, and recommendations for financial decision-making
**Requirements**:
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles,



with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Mastery of accounting software like QuickBooks, Oracle Netsuite, Sage, financial systems, and Google suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management, and compliance pertaining to financial reporting and operations
**Work condicions**:
- Work hours ***** Monday to Friday
- Hybrid condicions between WFH and the office located in Avenida Patria y Guadalupe
- Salary between $60,000-$90,000 Monthly
