The Track & Trace specialists are the owners to track the loads assigned to them, the loads are assigned based on appointment time.
Based on the board status, the track and trace are able to get in contact with the carriers or dispatchers to confirm if the loads were loaded or delivered, checking delivery times, current zone, and presente status of the load to update the dashboard.
Also, they are able to confirm the status of the load by checking the ''Tracking'' section, since carriers have the possibility to make some updates by their side.
Despite the track and trace specialists are not responsible to confirm the POD reception, they have to request a POD backup in order to complete the process, the backup should be sent to the supervisor and track and trace specialist.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills,



English B2-C1
- Proficient in logistics management software (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
**Responsibilities**:
- Keep the load's dashboard always updated
- Ask for the POD backup
- Must confirm current load status
- Must check and track all the loads assigned
- Call drivers or dispatchers to request ETA and current location.
- Work on the tasks assigned and complete them before the deadline
Pay: $16,****** - $18,****** per month
**Experience**:
