We are looking for a Team Leader for our Mexico City-based maritime team.
** Tu función**: Supervise the follow-up of each of the orders, as well as give timely attention to customer requests, ensuring that all activities are carried out under the established guidelines.
** Tus responsabilidades**:
1. Review and manage the complete files per client as well as exchange with the billing team for payment solution.
2. Notify the TLM/Pricing team of the purchase fee
3. Validate the checklist (implementation)
4. Solve customer problems in conjunction with customer service manager
5. Establish instructions for issuing invoices and credit notes
6. Provide support for the solution of problems related to container release and customs clearance carried out by the company.
7. Secure the invoicing process
8. Keep up-to-date buying and selling rates per customer
**Tus habilidades y experencias**:




Bachelor's degree in International Business or similar
Forwarding Industry Experience
Operational knowledge in maritime traffic
Negotiation with clients
Work Team Management
Advanced level of English
