**Responsabilities**:
- Representing **Sunwise Energy ** customer issues and complaints through the delivery of exceptional customer service and support.
- Act as responsible single point of contact for complex issues.
- Troubleshoots and problem solves customer issues or concerns by providing solutions, recommendations, replacements, gathering of sensitive information, and/or detailed product information with a sense of urgency while using a positive and empathic approach at all times.
- Builds relationships and works closely with customers in a positive manner to supply necessary updates and reporting as needed.




- Comply with regulatory and Company policies at all times.
- Receive incoming and outbound calls to customers.
- Able to show empathy, assertiveness, tact, and resilience.
- Complete other tasks as deemed appropriate by manager.
**Qualifications**:
- 1+ experience in a customer service or customer experience role (Is a plus)
- Professional English domain (C1+)
- Ability in working with MS Office Suite, especially with MS Excel (including reporting and visualization of data).
- Able to work independently and prioritize workload.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
