The purpose of Commercial Data Support team is to provide support to different users across the world, our key objective is keeping data accuracy and available to be consumed by US Market users to analyse and consume data to make critical and important decisions, Us Market data handles different data received from different sources such as Samples data, calls, medication, products, sales among others.
To guarantee the data integrity and availability, AstraZeneca needs people with hybrid skill sets of technical ability and knowledge of the Commercial processes.
The Commercial delivery network is truly integral in scale with resources US and rest of the world.
The Data Support Engineer will be part of SHARP/SFO/O2 support team and will be responsible for monitoring tickets, working on Service Requests, and looking into Incident & Problem Management, also he/she will be in charge to trigger and monitor all datasets to guarantee the data availability.
**Skills**:
- The role holder will possess a blend of design skills needed for Agile data development projects
- ** Python language knowledge**:
- ** Cloud platform experience (any cloud)**:
- ** Experience on SQL**:
- Exposure to Data Pipelines (Ingest & Store, Data Preparation, Discover & Present, Insight & Experience)
- Experience in building data pipelines using ETL tools
