**Descripción**:
The main responsibilities are to:
- Engage with key stakeholders including HR, Finance, IT, and Operations to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress to senior management.
- Ensure vendors adhere to project time lines, quality standards, contractual obligations and manage vendor relationships.
- Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of the Time and Attendance System in accordance with project requirements.
- Coordinate integration with the new system on existing payroll and HR systems.
- Develop and implement communication plan and training programs for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the new system.
- Manage change effectively by addressing concerns, providing support, and promoting the benefits of the new system and mobile app to employees.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.




- Monitor project progress and address issues proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize project costs.
- Track project progress against budgetary and resource targets, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Maintain detailed project documentation including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes to present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
**Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)**:
BS Degree on Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
PM certification is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, leading projects such as system implementation, with similar activities such as outlining tasks, time lines, and resources required for a successful development.
Experience establishing strong communication with different stakeholder to pursue project deliverable.
Advanced English level is a must, as the role reports mostly to USA.
