The Order Management/Customer Service position serves as a link between our company and customers, offering product/service details and resolving any issues promptly and accurately.
**Duties include**: reviewing data for accuracy, fast and accurate data entry, managing incoming calls, inputting sales information, assessing customer needs, providing complete information, maintaining records, and adhering to communication procedures and ethical standards.
**Requirements**:




- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills
- Customer-oriented with adaptability
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
