**Job Description: Application Packaging Specialist**

**Location**: Guadalajara, Mexico (Remote, but must be located in Mexico)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Exhibit strong knowledge in APPV 5, with basic understanding of APPV 4.6 as an added advantage.
- Demonstrate robust SCCM knowledge.
- Troubleshoot issues related to MSI, APPV, and SCCM deployments that arise on end users' systems.
- Think creatively to resolve issues when traditional methodologies fail.
- Decode planning notes and findings from lab tech teams, guiding the packaging process in the right direction through coordination with planners, lab teams, or customers as needed.
- Contribute periodically to SIP by providing automations for various activities related to the end-to-end process.
**Requirements**:




- Strong knowledge of Admi Studio, VBScript, PowerShell, APPV 5, and SCCM.
- Basic knowledge of APPV 4.6 and VMWare vSphere is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation and planning notes.
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week during business hours, with flexibility as per project needs.
