**Salary**: $35k - $70k USD annually* **No equity *skill-based pay**
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and marketing goals.
- Utilize technical skills to analyze and manipulate data using SQL to drive actionable insights and optimizations.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both Spanish and English, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to grasp complex technical concepts and provide innovative solutions to client challenges.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional attention to detail.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in marketing teams or client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in working with data in SQL.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Strong ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Analytical mindset with a proven track record of identifying customer needs and proposing tailored solutions.
**Nice to haves**:
- Experience using ESPs such as Simon Data, Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
