Program team lead to ensure the engineering and cross-functional teams progression is within the targets to ensure on time milestones/gateways declaration.
**Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, or other Technical Discipline
- Strong Project/Program Management skills
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills are a must, ability to create visualizations of KPIs and program risks
- Experienced with tools & processes required to manage complex projects (i.e. Gantt charts, risk matrix, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Advanced problem-solving ability and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast pace, and sometimes ambiguous environment
**Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with company objectives and customer requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules,



and budgets.
Ensure teams are meeting timelines and resources are utilized efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects with limited supervision and ensure priorities are aligned.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Track operational KPIs and report out to all relevant stakeholders.
- Manage expectations by providing regular project updates, status reports, and presentations.
- Have a strong influence on internal document management system for project operational processes, ensure roles and responsibilities are known and understood by all stakeholders.
- Influence collaboration and communication among teams including process updates and improvements.
Support ad hock operational needs and optimize day to day processes.
