**Job Description** Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a SAP Success Factors Developer
- Hands-on experience with SAP Success Factors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Learning
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM processes and integration with other HR systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- SAP Success Factors certification is a plus
