PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Rosarito)**
**OBJECTIVE**: Supervises and Coordinates Personnel involved in one or more Production.
**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:
1. Supervises and Coordinates Personnel involved in one or more production tasks to Insure the Continuous Workflow as well as the fulfillment of the Projects according to Quantity and Quality Specifications.
2. Can Analyze and Solve work problems or assist Workers in solving work related problems.
3. Appraises the Performance of Subordinates and Recommends the appropriate Development Plans.
Recommends or initiates Personnel measures such as Promotions, Transfers, Dismissals and Disciplinary Actions.
4. Can train new workers.
5. Can maintain Production records.
6. Can Estimate, Request or inspect raw materials.
7. Can meet with other Supervisors to coordinate the activities of individual Departments.
8. Maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Production Function.
**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:High School or Technical Degree.
**EXPERIENCE **REQUIRED**:1+ in** **Personnel Supervision.
Can be Promoted and Trained internally.
**LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY: Intermediate/advanced**
**COMPUTER USAGE: Office**
