RESPONSABILITIES: -Review customer requirements, participate in new product introductions, inventory management, negotiate final activities of potential products and material flow by cost center.
-Follows and establishes practices that guarantee the correct administration of MPS (Programa maestro de producción) / MRP (planificación de requisitos de materiales)/CAP parameters for planning, proper use of the system and compliance.
Follow practices and tasks that guarantee the achievement of service metrics.
-Manages plant manufacturing requirements according to the inventory policy and plant capacities.
-Direct contact with customers to establish agreements and coordinate delivery times.
-Responsible for managing the expected inventory levels of finished products and sub-assemblies in the distribution center and plant by division.
-Manages manufacturing resources based on the analysis of demand, forecast, and manufacturing trends to provide management information to support the decision-making process.
-Manage planning practices and communication tools and guarantees compliance according to the requirements of the quality system.




-Master planning of the plant's production programs.
-Make projections for financial and operating indicators of the plant
Experiência y requisitos
REQUIREMENTS: -University degree or equivalent.
-5 years of experience on a similar roles -Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and communication skills -Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task -Ability to work in a matrix environment with multi-cultural teams -Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and continues improvement attitude -Ability to form successful working relationships quickly at all levels -Advanced knowledge in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint -Fluent in English both written and spoken
