**Key Responsibilities**:
- US payroll processing
- Produce timely and accurate payroll; weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly.
- Respond to employee tickets/queries ensuring timely review and resolution of issues.
- Ensure quality controls in the payroll process and update documentation
- includes reconciliation of results and audit checks.




- Highlight and escalate relevant matters that may impact the running of payrolls to Team Manager.
- Conduct timely and accurate processing of cyclical events including weekly, bi-weekly, month-end, qtr-end, and year-end activities.
- Kronos time-keeping reporting for payroll purposes
- Payroll Tax monitoring to ensure compliance
**Qualifications and skills**:
- 1-3 Years of US payroll experience
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience
- Proficient with Word and Excel.
- Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met.
- US payroll tax knowledge
- Multi-state payroll knowledge
- Fluent in English
