About the RoleAre you an education consultant, sales professional, or networked individual in Monterrey with connections to high schools, universities, or language centers?

We are expanding our footprint in Northern Mexico and seeking an independent

Student Recruitment Representative

to identify, qualify, and guide prospective students in Monterrey toward top international education destinations.

Compensation Structure (Paid in CAD or AUD)This is a

100% performance-driven, commission-based freelance role

with uncapped earning potential paid directly in

USD :

Enrollment Payout:

$50 – $200 AUD

per student upon verified program commencement and completion of the institution’s official census period.

Completion Bonus:

An additional

50% bonus





of the initial commission paid upon the student’s successful completion of their program.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Identify prospective local candidates interested in international study programs.

Candidate Qualification:

Evaluate students' academic eligibility, budget readiness, and language background.

Advisory & Follow-Up:

Guide students and parents through initial inquiries and application steps.

Requirements

Based in

Monterrey, Mexico

with an active local network.

Bilingual fluency:

Fluent Spanish (to engage local clients) and strong English (for coordination).

created social media content (49 posts in the last 30 days) is advantageous.

High degree of self-motivation, ethics, and independence.

Experience in sales, event organizing, education counseling, or student recruitment is a strong plus.
