Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and experienced patent professional to strengthen a team that is in charge of cellular Standard Essential Patents (SEP) prepared for and used in litigation worldwide. This role is ideally suited for a qualitied patent attorney or attorney at law with substantial hands‑on experience in preparing and litigating telecommunications patents.How You Will Contribute And What You Will LearnIdentify & prepare patents for litigationValidity & essentiality analysis, prosecution of litigation assets, preparation for legal actionsBeing responsible for infringement and validity related matters/proceedings in patent litigation activities globallyCoordinating, guiding and reviewing external workKey Skills And ExperienceIdeally you are an experienced and passionate patent professional who excels at synthesizing technical & legal knowledge with strategic approach in a dynamic, global environment and has the following qualifications:Minimum 10 years of professional hands‑on experience in patent business at a law firm and/or inhouseExperience in patent litigationEngineering Degree in Telecommunications, Physics/Mathematics or equivalent, combined with European Patent Attorney or Law qualificationUnderstanding of 3GPP technologiesExcellent communication and analytical skillsProactive, result‑oriented, mindset with a strong drive to excel in high‑pressure, high‑stakes environmentProven track record of resolving complex issues and strategy executionProven ability to navigate and organize work across multiple teams, disciplines,
