The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, attracting top talent, and partnering with hiring managers to fill key positions. This role serves as a trusted advisor, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while meeting business hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source and engage high-quality candidates through various channels.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and talent needs.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
- Experience recruiting professional, specialized, and leadership-level talent.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
