Hiring: Techno-Functional Project Manager – Life Sciences Commercial

Location: Remote – LATAM Region

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Project Manager with strong Life Sciences Commercial domain expertise to lead and deliver commercial technology initiatives across Upstream and Downstream Commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end commercial technology projects within scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors.

Manage initiatives across:

Upstream Commercial: HCP engagement, customer engagement, and related commercial capabilities.

Downstream Commercial: Websites, digital engagement, coupons, loyalty management, and customer-facing solutions.

Work with Salesforce, One Key, Pitcher, and other commercial technology platforms.

Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.

Drive requirements, planning, estimation, execution, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, resources, budgets, and financials.

Provide project governance, dashboards, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.

Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Architecture, Business, and other cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of Project/Program Management experience,



preferably in Life Sciences/Pharma.

Strong understanding of Life Sciences Commercial processes and technology.

Hands-on experience across both Upstream and Downstream Commercial functions.

Experience with HCP engagement, digital/web, loyalty, customer engagement, and commercial solutions.

Strong techno-functional capabilities with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.

Experience with Salesforce and/or other commercial technology platforms.

One Key or similar Life Sciences commercial/customer data product experience is highly desirable.

Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, governance, and vendor management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in Spanish and English with experience supporting LATAM stakeholders.

Ability to work independently in a remote, globally distributed environment.
