About the role As a Solutions Architect at Conekta, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative payment solutions tailored to our clients' needs. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure our solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on how businesses in LATAM process payments while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and design scalable payment solutions that meet the needs of our clients, considering performance, security, and compliance Support in the identification and closing of new complex opportunities, and accelerate solution adoption. Act as a technical expert,



guiding clients and internal teams through solution implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization. Understand and align with the product roadmap and uncover opportunities for Conekta to accelerate their progress on that roadmap. Be a trusted advisor for key business and technical stakeholders including Ops, Engineering, Sales and Product. Work to deeply understand the customer’s business objectives, and then design and apply Conekta’s solutions to their challenges. Develop and articulate the end to end customer journey and create future roadmaps and architectures. Create and maintain comprehensive solution design documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration guides, and technical specifications. Conduct business analysis and background research on customers, industries, and competitors with a view to support growth for the user's business. Lead technical discussions and presentations with
