and Business Excellence to join our GQO business line in Tijuana, BC Mex.

What you will do
As a Director, Manufacturing Operations and Business Excellence you will design,
implement, monitor and oversee the activities of a mission critical high volume
manufacturing plant. Sets manufacturing and operations strategic direction and
motivates staff and organization to meet quality, cost, schedule, inventory, and
delivery requirements while fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
You will drive business development and value by completing large
cross-functional projects including Manufacturing transfer and maximize
competencies around Lean/Six Sigma. Deliver regular process improvement in all
major portions of the business and best practices for continuous improvement as
part of the company culture in alignment with the overall business strategy. You
