About this Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing & E-commerce Senior Manager to lead the digital growth agenda for our Professional business.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the digital marketing, content, performance media, and e-commerce strategy for a portfolio of leading brands. The successful candidate will lead a team of digital marketing professionals while partnering closely with Brand, Finance, Digital Experience (DX), and external agency stakeholders to drive business growth.

The adecuado candidate combines deep expertise in Performance Marketing, Content Strategy, Social Media, and Marketplace Media, with a strong track record of building long-term strategies, influencing cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business results. What you’ll do




- Define and execute the annual digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives across the Professional Business portfolio.
- Lead annual and monthly digital investment planning, budget allocation, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Partner with Finance and commercial teams to ensure effective budget management and resource allocation.
- Develop long-term digital growth strategies, including Digital Experience solutions such as websites and CRM initiatives across LATAM markets.
- Lead performance marketing initiatives, ensuring media effectiveness and achievement of key business and marketing KPIs.
- Define and oversee the content strategy, ensuring strong integration between organic content, paid media, social media, and e-commerce initiatives.
