Human Resources Generalist II (Trilingual - English, Portuguese, Spanish)

The Human Resources Generalist II (HRG II) partners with employees and first-mid line

managers to support assigned business units across key areas of the employee experience, including employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, and development. The HRG II helps drive business performance by delivering practical HR guidance, executing core people programs, and ensuring alignment with company policies, practices, and business objectives. The adecuado candidate is a proactive, business-minded HR professional who can build strong relationships, navigate employee matters, analyze trends, and support leaders in creating a positive and high-performing work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Partners with leaders and employees across assigned business units to provide support

throughout the employee lifecycle, including regular in-person interactions to foster

engagement, trust, and effective workplace communication.

• Advise managers on performance management, employee relations issues,



conflict resolution,

investigations, career development, and retention strategies, including conducting in-person

meetings and consultations when appropriate.

• Coordinate and execute HR programs and processes, including goal setting, performance

review cycles, people planning, performance improvement process, mobility, and employee

engagement initiatives through onsite implementation and employee support activities.

• Coach managers on company policies, people practices, and leadership standards to promote

consistency across the organization through face-to-face coaching and leadership discussions.

• Build strong relationships with employees and managers to improve communication, morale,

productivity, and retention through direct workplace engagement and observation.

• Review employee relations, attrition, engagement, and feedback data; identify trends and

share insights with lead
