Logitech is currently seeking a Finance OpEx Manager to become part of the Corporate FP&A; team. This role will collaborate with diverse cross-functional departments and support Business Groups OpEx management. The idóneo candidate will report to Sr. Manager Commercial FP&A; and would be a self-starter with great interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills, who is looking to contribute significantly to a strong and fast-paced group.

- Act as a finance business partner-mate to departmental heads, providing financial guardrails, challenging spend assumptions, and identifying savings opportunities
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes for the designated business departments,
ensuring alignment with corporate targets and continuous improvement in Forecast accuracy
- Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews with qualified commentary. Explain the "what" happened and focus on the "why" and "what do we do next to improve our results."
- Support the departmental leadership with financial models to evaluate new business investments and initiatives, including ROI, CapEx and similar expansion plans.
- Oversee the purchase order (PO) receiving process and ensure the prompt, compliant management of accruals in strict alignment with monthly and quarterly closing schedules.
