Are you an experienced
Construction Estimator
with a passion for delivering accurate budgets and helping projects succeed before construction even begins?

We're looking for a detail-oriented estimator to join our growing preconstruction team, supporting
ground-up multifamily and commercial construction projects
across the United States.

What You'll Do
- Prepare conceptual budgets, detailed quantity takeoffs, and competitive cost estimates.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to define project scope.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.
- Perform bid leveling, cost analysis, and value engineering.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients throughout preconstruction.
- Support project turnover from estimating to construction.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in




construction estimating
or
preconstruction
.
- Experience with
ground-up commercial or multifamily projects
.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
- Proficiency with
Bluebeam
,
Procore
,
PlanSwift
,
On-Screen Takeoff
,
Sage Estimating
, or similar software.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Professional English communication (
C1 or higher
).
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed to project sites, client meetings, and preconstruction activities.
