What You'll Do
- Develop, test, debug, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot and related technologies.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product managers, quality assurance engineers, UX designers, and senior developers to implement business requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with databases and third-party services.
- Support unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and production issue analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve application performance, quality, and development processes.

What You'll Bring
- Foundational knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and basic SQL query development.
- Familiarity with Git,



Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software development practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to learn quickly and work within cross-functional teams.

What Could Set You Apart
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–2 years of software development experience using Java.
- Experience with Spring Boot through academic projects, internships, personal projects, or professional experience.
- Knowledge of MVC/MVC architecture.
- Basic understanding of web services, microservices architecture, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Preferred: Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, JUnit, and modern DevOps practices.
- AI RAG experience a plus
