We are seeking a highly technical Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale our Release Automation and CI/CD platform for mobile applications. This is a 100% hands-on engineering role initially, with the opportunity to grow into technical leadership based on performance and capability.

The adecuado candidate combines a strong software engineering background with deep expertise in CI/CD, release automation, cloud infrastructure, and developer tooling. This is not a traditional DevOps role—we are looking for an engineer who can architect robust automation solutions, write production-quality code, and build scalable infrastructure that supports our Android and iOS development teams.

You will play a key role in modernizing our engineering workflows, improving developer productivity, and building reliable release pipelines from source code through deployment to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

What You’ll Be Doing

Release Automation & CI/CD
- Design, build,



and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using
Buildkite

- Automate build, test, signing, packaging, and deployment processes for Android and iOS applications.
- Improve release reliability, deployment speed, and developer productivity through automation.
- Implement automated release workflows for Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployments.
- Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, and release bottlenecks.

Software Engineering
- Develop production-quality software using
Python
, following software engineering best practices (not just scripting).
- Build reusable automation frameworks and internal developer tooling.
- Design maintainable, modular, and testable solutions that improve engineering efficiency.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.

Cloud & Infrastructure
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using
Terraform

- Support cloud-native deployments
